How We Test & Evaluate

We conduct full re-evaluations of all listed platforms every quarter. Additionally, we perform immediate reviews when triggered by significant events such as licence changes, major user complaints, payment processing issues, or changes to terms and conditions. Our goal is to ensure our ratings always reflect the current state of each platform.

If a platform fails to meet our minimum standards during evaluation, it is immediately removed from our recommendations. We notify our users about the removal and the reasons behind it. The platform can be re-evaluated after addressing the identified issues, but must pass the full evaluation process again before being relisted. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for serious issues like withheld payouts or misleading terms.

Each platform is scored across our seven evaluation criteria: licensing, odds quality, payout speed, user experience, bonus terms, customer support, and payment methods. We weight each criterion based on its importance to the average bettor, with licensing and payout reliability carrying the most weight. The final score is an aggregate that reflects the platform's overall quality and trustworthiness.
